Courses for beginners

The following starting courses, registration and their price list can be found below, but please familiarize yourself with the following information first:

All our courses are designed for beginners with no previous experience.
Basic courses last 2 or 3 months, depending on the format, and summer short courses last 1 month.
All courses are 100% prepaid.
Basic techniques are learned and physical fitness is improved.
This is an ideal and safe way to start martial arts.
Trial training (€10) on the course is only possible if there are still free places at the beginning of the course.
We open registration 1 month before the start of the course.
After the end of the basic course, we are waiting for you to join one of the training groups, in which there are free places.

Basic courses take place in autumn, winter and spring:

Thai boxing (Kristiine/Haabersti/T1 Center - ages 13+).

Womens Thai Boxing (Kristiine/Haabersti/T1 Center - ages 13+).

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Kristiine - ages from 16+)

Thai boxing for ages 7-12 and BJJ for ages 6-15. We do not offer basic courses.In that age we accept beginner children on an ongoing basis in groups suitable for them, which you can find at the top right of the page FIND A TRAINING .

In the summer, we organize 1-month Thai boxing short courses for beginners (13 years+), at the moment we only offer them in KristiineThe summer short course is designed more for getting to know the field and after completing it, you do not automatically guarantee the right to join any Enthusiasts group.
