Thai boxing is one of the most versatile stand-up combat sports, where strikes with hands, feet, knees and elbows are possible. In addition, the thai boxing repertoire includes standing wrestling, which is also called clinch, where it is also allowed to take down the opponent according to the rules.
The interplay of all these components helps Muay Thai practitioners achieve a strong physical condition and readiness to fight at different distances and situations.
Thai boxing is by its nature suitable for practitioners of all ages and is a relatively easy to learn and very practical martial art.
