At other times, admission to private training with a coach
Kristiine training gym covers 500m2 of tatami area, which is divided into four different training areas. Muay Thai and K-1 training takes place in three areas, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training in one area. The areas are equipped with punching bags, striking surfaces and a boxing ring. In addition, there is a lifting weights area and a sauna.
Registration/administration: The participant receives a ticket from the administrator, which must be presented to the trainer of his group at the beginning of the training session. If you are visiting us for the first time, please come to your first training earlier so that we can get ready to setup you for training.
