Women's Thai boxing, is a workout created just for women. The goal of the training is to provide an intensive workout for the delicate intestine through the versatile techniques of Thai boxing. The training is conducted by a female trainer, and in addition to the acquisition of Thai boxing skills, the training is also aimed at improving physical fitness and muscle tone. This type of training is a good change from classic aerobics and gym training, because the training is creative and the exercises are constantly changing, and there is always something new to learn, which does not make the training monotonous and boring!
