Thai Boxing Children Trainers (7-9y.+)

Boys and girls aged 7-9 years. Joining the training group does not require previous experience in this sport and basic technique skills. New members are accepted continuously during the season (September-June as well).

To participate in the training, it is necessary to have personal training equipment (boxing gloves, leg guards). In sparring, head protection, body protection, dental protection and groin protection for boys are mandatory. Comfortable and sporty training clothes, preferably a T-shirt and shorts or leggings. Training is done barefoot. Movement from the dressing room to the tatami area of the training hall is carried out in flip flops. Gear (Team Pitbull) can be purchased locally through the group coach, payment can only be made in cash.

This group focuses on solo or partner exercises on various striking surfaces and on the punching bag. During the training, kicks are performed with hands, feet, elbows and knees. We will learn off-balance moves, mowing down techniques, clinch and dueling or sparring, NB! during which no blows to the head are allowed.
