The group is intended for men and women aged 16+ with average and higher level skills.
Exercise is barefoot. You can use flip-flops to move from the dressing room to the training room. Equipment includes Gi or kimono and martial arts pants and rushguard. Equipment can also be purchased on site through the group coach. Payment can only be made in cash.
The training is 1.5 hours long. We do independent and paired exercises, work self-defense, basic and advanced sport jiu jitsu exercises. We regularly do sparring, different exercises and specific sparring.
