Thai Boxing Teenagers MAIN GROUP (12-17y.)

Young men and those aged 12-17. Joining the training group is possible only with the approval of the head coach. Requires prior experience of this sport and knowledge of basic technique. New members are accepted continuously during the season (September-June as well).

In order to participate in training, it is necessary to have personal training equipment (boxing gloves, leg protectors). When sparring, optional head protection and body protection, compulsory dental guards, elbow guards and groin protection for young men. Comfortable and sporty training clothes, preferably a T-shirt and shorts or leggings. Training is done barefoot. Movement from the dressing room to the tatami area of the training hall is carried out in flip flops. Gear (Team Pitbull) can be purchased locally through the group coach, payment can only be made in cash.

This group focuses on solo or partner exercises on various striking surfaces and on the punching bag. During the training, kicks are performed with hands, feet, elbows and knees. We will learn off-balance moves, mowing down techniques, clinch and dueling or sparring, NB! during which no blows to the head are allowed.
