Course start and times

From 24.08.2025 - 29.08.2025

Young men and women aged 13 and up, with varying levels of training experience and basic Muay Thai skills, as well as adult men and women.

Clothing/camping gear!
1. Bedding (duvet cover, sleeping bag, sheet, pillowcase)
2. Several sets of workout pants and T-shirts
3. Running shoes
4. Swimming trunks
5. Tracksuit, hat
6, Drinking bottle
7. Training equipment (boxing gloves, bandages, shin guards, mouth guards)
(if possible, also groin protector and helmet)

Kurgjärve sports base is located in a beautiful natural location, between two lakes, most of the training takes place in the fresh air. In addition to the tatami area under the roof, there is also a gym, swimming lanes, volleyball and basketball courts and much more. Each training day begins with a morning run (distance according to level) gymnastics and/or a cool-down swim. During the day, there are also 2x professional (taipoks, K-1) training sessions, where people are divided into groups according to their level. During the camp, at least one guest trainer always visits us, who conducts a training seminar according to the specifics of their specialty.

NB! If you want to add several participants, you must fill out a separate form for each participant!

Please register only if you are sure you want to participate in the camp, as the number of participants is limited.
We will send you a camp invoice within 48 hours of registration, which must be paid by the due date.
You can pay for the camp in 2 installments of 50% or the entire amount at once. A person who has not paid the invoice by the payment deadline will lose their place in the camp.
You can ONLY pay for the camp based on the invoice received after registration, by bank transfer or at the Kristiine training hall administrator.
