Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a dueling discipline that focuses on a variety of grappling and especially ground fighting. The main emphasis is on achieving a dominant or advantageous position in the fight, which would allow effective control of the opponent and defeating the opponent with joint locks (arm, shoulder, leg, etc.) or chokes.

Our BJJ training is collaborative with Brazilian Top Team Estonia (BTT). BTT is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA team highly recognized in the world of combat sports. BTT or Brazilina Top Team is created by the UFC champion Murilo Bustamante by in 2000, who also went to Estonia in 2019 to open the Estonian representative office and is also the Brazilian head coach of our BJJ Sergio de A Cabral coach and mentor.
