Thai Boxing BASIC COURSE (13-17y.) EVENING

Beginner young men and those from the age of 13 who have no previous experience.

Comfortable and sporty training clothes, preferably a T-shirt and shorts or leggings. Training is done barefoot. Movement from the dressing room to the tatami area of the training hall is carried out in flip flops. Starting from the third week of the basic course, it is necessary to have personal training equipment (boxing gloves, leg guards, mouth guards) to participate in training.Equipment (Team Pitbull) can be purchased locally through the group coach, payment can only be made in cash.

In the basic course, we do general physics, exercises alone or in pairs, work on different hitting surfaces and on the punching bag. During the training, kicks are performed with hands, feet, elbows and knees. The clinch teaching of the off balance and mowing down technique takes place. In the later phase of the course, you can try dueling or sparring.
