Intermediate group for men and women aged 16+ with basic BJJ skills.
Exercise is barefoot. You can use flip-flops to move from the dressing room to the training room. The equipment includes Gi or kimono and martial arts pants and rash guard. Equipment can also be purchased on site through the group coach. Payment can only be made in cash
The length of the training is 1.5 hours. It includes independent and paired exercises, we work on body coordination, self-defense and ground fighting, and basic techniques of sport jiu jitsu (without Gi). In addition, we do specific exercises and sparring.
