Trial training

10 € Possible only if there are still free places in the course that has already started. Participating in the trial training does not guarantee you a place in the training group. There is no separate registration for trial training!
The course is intended only for beginner women aged 16+ who have no previous BJJ experience.

The training is barefoot. Dress in comfortable sports clothes (preferably shorts). You can use flip-flops to move from the locker room to the training room. Purchasing equipment during the basic course is not mandatory, but recommended. Equipment can also be purchased on site through the group trainer.

The length of the training is 1.5 hours. It includes independent and paired exercises, we work on body coordination, self-defense and basic ground fighting techniques. We do more specific exercises and a bit of sparring.

NB! If you want to add several participants, you must fill out a separate form for each participant!
  • Register only if you are sure of your desire to participate in the course, as the number of participants is limited.

  • Within 48 hours after registration, we will send you an invoice for the course, which must be paid by the payment deadline.

  • The course cannot be paid for in installments. A person who has not paid the bill by the due date loses his place on the course.
