Mixed martial arts (MMA) is the most complex full-contact combat sport, integrating striking and grappling at all combat distances:

  • striking distance in stand-up combat (boxing, kickboxing, muay thai) with MMA-specific takedowns;
  • stand-up close combat or clinch with throws, “sweeps” and strikes (elbows, knees) from the grappling;
  • ground fighting, which is based mainly on grappling with submissions (chokes and joint locks) and strikes where at least one or both fighters are not standing (ground & pound).

In martial arts training, specific gloves (fingers free) are generally used, which allow for a better grip on the opponent.

Who can practice MMA and where?

Suitable for young men/men from 16 years old.
Training is currently taking place at our  T1 MALL of TALLINN gym.
We accept beginners (16+). for the basic course
We are accepting experienced applicants on an ongoing basis with an intermediate level. Thai Boxing / MMA INTERMEDIATE (18y.+)
